Amazon is partnered with Clayco to build several large and prominent distribution centers as major fulfillment hubs around the country. The Amazon building design in Otay Mesa, CA, spans 3,402,028sq ft of a distribution center including 4 elevated concrete floors and around 600,000sq ft of mezzanines on the ground floor; as well as 43,000sq ft of office space.
Sylvester Roofing was chosen by our partner Clayco to construct a TPO roofing system of mechanically fastened inductive weld 60 Mil Johns Manville Single Ply TPO roof membrane over R-30 (7") thick Rigid EPS and coverboard over sloped metal deck with rigid insulation crickets.
