The Alila Marea Beach Resort in Encinitas, CA project was led by our partner Suffolk Construction to construct a 130-guestroom hotel, bar, restaurant and 5-star amenities with sweeping iconic views of Ponto Beach. The 226,000sq ft resort brings to life the vision of architect Joseph Wong Design Associates.
Sylvester Roofing was chosen to construct a 60,000 sq ft TAN Carlisle 60 mil APEEL model TPO roofing system, which was adhered over a tapered EPS system over a Carlisle 725 Temp roof.
