The MUSE is a three-building Class A life science campus offering 186,000sq ft of flexible lab, office space, and modern amenities situated on the iconic hillside of Torrey Pines in coastal San Diego.
The new campus design was led by our partners at Rudolph and Sletten and provides an elevated tenant experience with exterior view corridors and lounge areas; indoor/outdoor training and conference center; gourmet restaurant; on-site fitness facility and bike and surf storage.
Sylvester Roofing was chosen for our expertise in full tear-off of existing roofing on all three buildings, new PVC roofing systems and new rooftop deck on each building.
