La Costa Town Square in a 41.5 acre mixed-use complex located in Carlsbad, CA originally opened to the public in late 2014. It is 253,800sq ft of commercial and retail space including a grocery store, fitness center, restaurants, shops, banks, a gas station and open air plazas—all overlooked by the iconic clock tower focal point. La Costa Town Square was a development of Aspen Properties and is built on a total 83 acre lot at the corner of La Costa Avenue and Rancho Santa Fe Road.
Sylvester Roofing was chosen by our partner Whiting Turner Construction to construct the two main roofing systems and the exterior sheet metal for the commercial, dining and retail complex.
